Ministry Goal:
My ministry goals would correspond to the areas of ministry to which I have been called: In the area of education, the overarching goal would be to help persons, individually and collectively, come to know Christ as Savior and Lord, and to grow in his likeness until they have achieved unity in Him and maturity in the Christian faith (Eph. 4:13). In the area of administration, the goal would be to help Christ's church use the spiritual, economic, and people resources it has available to do its work effectively and efficiently. (Effectively means to do the right things, according to biblical guidelines, and efficiently means doing things in the right way-without duplication or wasted resources).

Favorite aspect of FBC:
the spiritual power of the worship services, and the meaningful relationships with other like-minded Christians my family and I have established since we have been members here.

Favorite Ministry Memory:
I cannot point to just one. However, in broad measure, the most fulfilling time for me is when I teach God's Word and sense that someone in the group has had an "aha!" moment. That is, he or she has realized that the truth of God's Word has intersected a particular need in their life, and the resulting insight means that something within them has changed or been transformed by the power of God's Holy Spirit at work within them.
